أولاً: البضائع المُصنّعة حسب طلب العميل (الطلبيات الخاصة)

يحق للعميل الاستبدال أو استرجاع القيمة وفق الشروط التالية:

قبل شراء الأقمشة سواء من مورد داخلي أو خارجي.

قبل قص الأقمشة في حال كانت متوفرة في مستودعات الشركة.

قبل بدء أعمال التصنيع للتصاميم الخاصة التي يختارها العميل.

قبل بدء أعمال قسم الدهانات في حال كانت قطع الأثاث المطلوبة موجودة في مخازن الشركة.

في حال عدم مطابقة البضاعة لما تم الاتفاق عليه في العقد.

لا يشمل الضمان الأقمشة، ويقتصر الضمان على أعمال الخياطة فقط.

ثانياً: البضائع المعروضة أو المستوردة (غير المصنّعة حسب الطلب)

يمكن الاستبدال أو استرجاع القيمة في الحالات التالية:

عدم مطابقة البضاعة للمواصفات أو وجود عيب مصنعي.

قبل استلام العميل للبضاعة أو قبل مغادرة شاحنة التوصيل.

وعلى العميل التأكد من مطابقة المقاسات والألوان قبل مغادرة فريق التركيب.

ثالثاً: أصناف لا يسمح بإرجاعها أو استبدالها بعد الاستلام

التوصيل والتركيب والتخزين

التوصيل والتركيب مجاني في مدينة الرياض وفي جميع مدن المنطقة الشرقية باستثناء حفر الباطن.

أما بقية مدن المملكة فيتم احتساب الرسوم حسب كمية البضاعة وموقع الاستلام.

التخزين مجاني لمدة 15 يومًا بدءًا من التاريخ المحدد لاستلام العميل للبضاعة المدون في الفاتورة.

وبعد انقضاء المدة يتم احتساب 1% رسوم تخزين عن كل أسبوع تأخير تُضاف إلى الفاتورة.

الضمان (لمدة سنتين)

تضمن الشركة جودة التصنيع لجميع المنتجات لمدة سنتين، ويُستثنى من ذلك:

سوء الاستخدام

التنظيف بمواد غير مناسبة

استهلاك القماش بشكل طبيعي

ويحق للشركة إصلاح العيب أو استبدال القطعة بالكامل وفق ما تراه مناسبًا.

المعاملات المالية

في حال السداد بواسطة بطاقات الائتمان:

يتم خصم قيمة أي عمولات بنكية عند عملية الاسترجاع.

يتم تحويل المبلغ المتبقي إلى حساب بنكي باسم العميل.

1. Custom-Made Orders (Special Orders)

The customer may exchange or request a refund under the following conditions:

- Before purchasing the fabrics, whether from an internal or external supplier.

- Before cutting the fabrics, if they are available in the company’s warehouse.

- Before starting the manufacturing process for custom-designed items requested by the customer.

- Before the painting process begins, if the furniture pieces are available in the company’s warehouse.

- If the goods do not match the specifications agreed upon in the contract.

- Fabric is not covered under warranty; the warranty applies to stitching only.

2. Displayed and Imported Goods (Not Custom-Made)

Exchange or refund is permitted under the following conditions:

- If the goods do not match the specifications or have a manufacturing defect.

- Before the customer receives the goods or before the delivery truck leaves the customer’s location.

- The customer must ensure that the sizes and colors meet expectations before the installation team leaves.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items After Delivery

( Carpets, Pillows, Bed covers, Mattresses, Accessories )

4. Delivery, Installation, and Storage

- Delivery and installation are free of charge in Riyadh and the Eastern Region (except Hafr Al-Batin).

- For other cities, delivery fees depend on the quantity and location.

- Goods may be stored for free for 15 days from the scheduled receipt date.

- After that, a 1% weekly storage fee will be applied.

5. Warranty (Two Years)

The warranty covers manufacturing quality, except for:

Misuse

- Cleaning with inappropriate materials

- Normal fabric wear and tear

- The company may repair or replace the item as deemed appropriate.

6. Financial Transactions

For credit card payments:

- Bank commission fees will be deducted from the refund.

- Refunds are transferred to a bank account under the customer’s name.
